The North Dakota Department of Transportation Safety Division through Vision Zero is holding an event to provide a meaningful remembrance to honor those who lost their lives in North Dakota traffic crashes. Where: North Dakota Capitol Memorial Hall
Attendees are invited to bring a pair of shoes or personal item to create a temporary memorial representing the lives of those lost whose shoes will never be filled. We’ll also observe a moment of silence for lives lost on North Dakota roads.
