About this Event
World Builders
by Johnna Adams
Max and Whitney do not just escape reality. They rebuild it. When they enroll in a clinical drug trial intended to dismantle their delusions, their inner landscapes begin to fracture, and in the rubble they find each other.
As the Medic*tion takes hold and fantasy gives way to reality, Max and Whitney must confront a devastating question. When the worlds that kept you alive disappear, what or who do you choose to live for?
World Builders is an intimate, darkly tender drama exploring love and the imagination as both sanctuary and risk. It is a play about connection, survival, and the terrifying beauty of being truly seen.
