About this Event
Discover the heart of Baltimore’s commitment to ending HIV/AIDS at Begin Anew’s 4th Annual World AIDS Day Community Celebration—our city’s largest, most vibrant commemoration of this vital cause. This year’s inspiring theme, “Honoring the Past, Celebrating the Present, Embracing the Future,” draws together people from all walks of life for an uplifting afternoon filled with gratitude, education, and celebration.
Enjoy a dynamic program featuring keynote speaker Jason E. Farley, as well as special awards honoring local heroes who have dedicated their lives to eradicating HIV/AIDS, advancing health equity, and breaking down barriers to care. Experience powerful storytelling, moving tributes, and the joy of connection as we honor those working on the frontlines to educate, support, and uplift our community.
Guests will enjoy complimentary lunch, live entertainment, and opportunities to network with advocates, resource providers, and partners working to improve social determinants of health. Whether you’re a longtime ally or new to the cause, your voice matters—everyone is invited to join, be inspired, and help shape a future free from stigma and disparity.
Come be part of Baltimore’s most impactful World AIDS Day experience! Let’s remember, celebrate, and unite for a healthier tomorrow. Free and open to all—bring friends, family, and colleagues to Lexington Market on December 1st from 12–4pm for a day that moves minds and hearts.
