About this Event
This free event takes place the week of March 30th through April 3rd, and is a great opportunity to meet some business representatives from local companies! Doors open to the public each day at 1:00 pm and will remain open until 5:00 pm. Registration in advance is encouraged, but not required (drop-ins welcome!). If you are interested in starting/continuing a career in any of the industries listed below, this event is for you!
- Monday, 3/30: Healthcare and Social Services
- Tuesday, 3/31: Manufacturing and Skilled Trades
- Wednesday, 4/1: Technology and Innovation
- Thursday, 4/2: Education, Government, and Nonprofit
- Friday, 4/3: Retail, Logistics, and Distribution
At this event, you can:
- Learn more about local employers, their goals and values, and who they serve.
- Make connections with local business representatives.
- Leave copies of your resume and inquire about potential on-the-spot interviews.
- Collect business cards and schedule future interactions with employers.
We invite you to sign up for any of the days that appeal to you. There is no limit for how many of the days you can attend. Contact us in-person or by phone at 541-686-7601 for further information or to check for updates about what employers will be in attendance. Final list of employers will be available by March 23rd.
