$Workshop \u2014 Being happier is possible$

For the winter session, six meditation workshops are offered online and in person in Montréal, on certain Wednesday evenings, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:15 p.m. All are welcome, whether you have experience with meditation or previously taken classes with us, or not. During each workshop, teachings on meditation as well as mastering of the mind will be transmitted and periods of meditation will take place. A different topic is discussed at each workshops, but the emphasis is on the practice of meditation.
