Would you like to flow creatively in a class?

This workshop is for you!!

In this WORKSHOP you will explore:

We will do a warm up with breathwork and yoga to achieve a mental state where we it is easy to focus on enhancing and letting our creativity flow, with a guided improvisation at the end.

*** The class will take place in the indoor shala of our studio.
Only if the weather is optimal (15°C ) will we move to our private rooftop. ***
