Warm welcome to join us for a workshop with senior Iyengar yoga teacher Sheila Haswell. Sheila has dedicated her whole adult life to Iyengar yoga following the footsteps of her mother, Lillian Biggs.
Timings: Friday 18-20, Saturday: 10-13, 15-17 and Sunday 10-13
