Who is Knut Nowak?
Knut Nowak is a German physiotherapist and manual therapist based in Abensberg, Bavaria, where he runs a private practice specialising in manual regeneration of joints, muscles and tendons.
High Performance & Elite Sports Experience
Knut Nowak has an extensive background in elite and professional sports:
• Physiotherapist of the German Judo National Team for several years
• Physiotherapist at two Olympic Games (Sydney & Athens), working in Judo and Taekwondo
• Therapist at the Eden Rehabilitation Centre supporting athletes from the German Football National Team
• Lecturer for the German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB), contributing to the education of coaches and therapists.
He is regularly invited as a workshop and seminar instructor, particularly in sports-related strength, tendon and joint resilience training.
His seminars are used by sports federations and clubs in Germany, including official Judo associations, where he acts as an expert lecturer.
