-INTRO- Celebrate the summer solstice with To Meet a Tree, a unique ecosomatic experience that invites you to slow down, reconnect, and explore the relationship between your body and the natural world. Guided by researcher and movement practitioner Daisy Corbin O’Grady, this workshop blends gentle movement, sensory awareness, and reflection in a beautiful outdoor setting.
-CONTENT OF THE WORKSHOP-
This 2-hour workshop begins at Tula with an introduction and warm-up, before moving into Westerpark for an immersive, audio-guided ecosomatic experience. Through sensing, breathing, and gentle movement, you’ll explore your connection to trees and the environment. The session closes with a group reflection and shared inquiry into your experience.
-FOR WHOM IS THIS WORKSHOP-
This workshop is open to anyone aged 14+ who is curious about deepening their connection with nature and body. No prior experience with movement or somatic practices is needed—just an open mind and willingness to explore.
