Workshop: The Year Ahead

Actual behavior change happens through experiments: taking action, evaluating the results, and adapting accordingly.

Together with Process founder Paul Shirley, you'll lay out plans for how you can make (and adapt) your work processes in 2026.

The Program

5:00 - 5:30 pm: Mixing and mingling with wine & snacks

5:30 - 5:40 pm: Large group kickoff with Paul

5:40 - 6:10 pm: Small group (3 - 4 people) work on your actual plan for the year

6:10 - 6:30 pm: Large group wrap-up with Paul

We'll provide the wine, light snacks, and the prompts for small-group discussion/planning. All you need to bring is yourself.
