Workshop: The Month Ahead

Actual behavior change happens through experiments: taking action, evaluating the results, and adapting accordingly.

Together with other motivated souls, you'll lay out plans for how you can make (and adapt) your work processes in February.

The Program

2:00 - 2:30 pm: Mixing and mingling with wine & snacks

2:30 - 2:40 pm: Large group kickoff

2:40 - 3:10 pm: Small group (3 - 4 people) work on your actual plan for the year

3:10 - 3:30 pm: Large group wrap-up

We'll provide the wine, light snacks, and the prompts for small-group discussion/planning. All you need to bring is yourself.
