About Wenche:
I love to share the ancient wisdom of yoga, in particular Tantrik/Shavist teachings which offers a complete spiritual path. I´m also passionate about sharing stress relief and relaxation practices as that has helped me so many times in my own life. The importance of being embodied, knowing about the mind function and what it really means to relax as I did not really know what that meant until I started practicing yoga.
After practicing and studying with different teachers like Sadhguru and Christopher Hareesh Wallis, I met Dharma Bodhi of Trika Mahasiddha Yoga in 2019. After that I have been continuing to follow the path of TMY, and was recently Initiated. In 2021 I spent 2,5 months training with him, being certified an instructor in Kundalini Hatha Yoga Level 1 and Way of Meditation Level 1 & 2.
I have also done 100 hours of Yin Yoga with Magdalena MecWeld and Mindfulness MBSR Teacher Training.
