A workshop to understand how self-esteem is formed, how it affects mental health, and how to actively build it from the inside out.
About this Event

February often emphasizes romantic love, but the relationship that most deeply shapes mental health, emotional wellbeing, and relationships is the one you have with yourself.

Self-esteem is not something you either “have” or “don’t have.” It is a psychological process that develops over time, shaped by experiences, relationships, and the way we relate to our inner world.

This workshop offers a clear and grounded understanding of how self-esteem works, why it becomes fragile, and how it can be intentionally strengthened. Through reflection, psychological insight, and practical exercises, you’ll learn how to build a more stable and supportive relationship with yourself.

What This Workshop Is About

In this 1.5–2 hour experiential workshop, we will explore:

  • What self-esteem truly is from a psychological perspective
  • How self-esteem is formed through life experiences and relationships
  • Recognize how low self-esteem affects emotions, relationships, and mental health
  • The relationship between self-esteem, anxiety, emotional dependency, and burnout
  • Identify your own self-esteem patterns
  • Learn evidence-based strategies to begin building healthier self-esteem

Rather than focusing on motivation or positive thinking, this workshop helps you understand the structure of self-esteem, so you can work with it consciously and consistently.

What to Expect
  • Clear explanations of how self-esteem functions
  • Guided self-reflection exercises
  • Practical tools you can apply in daily life
  • A safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space

No prior therapy experience is required.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and strengthen the relationship they have with who they are.

It’s for you if you:

  • Are curious about how your mind, emotions, and self-esteem actually work
  • Want practical tools to relate to yourself with more clarity, stability, and self-respect
  • Want to build a solid inner foundation, not just feel “better” temporarily
  • Are ready to move from self-doubt to self-understanding
  • Value personal growth grounded in psychology, not quick fixes
