About this Event
During Reading Climate Festival, adults and young people aged 14+ can join us for this workshop which explore the potential of agroforestry (farming and forestry) to mitigate climate change and enhance biodiversity with Dr. Jen Clarke (anthropologist, artist and educator, leading the arts research on a multi-disciplinary project about Agroforestry in the UK.)
This collage workshop will draw from a curated selection of images and archival materials unearthed from the MERL collection. We’ll look at the crucial role of images, maps and visualisations in planning and public consultations and transform these into unique and evocative collage creations that weave together past and present.

PLEASE NOTE: the booking will not be processed unless all compulsory sections of the consent/booking form are completed by a parent or caregiver for those aged 14-15. Those aged 16-18 may complete the form for themselves and should select this ticket type.
