Intro to Singing Bowls WorkshopDuring this workhop we will explore different types of Singing Bowls. Information will be provided as well as hands-on practice.
In this workshop we will:
- Learn the difference between Crystal – and Tibetan Singing Bowls
- Experience playing the bowls
- Discover different ways of integrating Singing Bowls into our lives
- Explore various sound healing tools that can be used with the Bowls
- Find out how Singing Bowls can be used in healing and as a meditation practice
Singing bowls are available at the workshop, please bring your own bowl if you have one so you can practice with your own bowl as well.
