🌟 Samedi 16 mai : 13h00 - 18h00
WS1 : 13h00 - 14h30
Sans fil danse : l’importance de tous les points de contact pour une meilleure connexion, et comprendre comment travailler à travers la sensibilité.
WS2 : 14h45 - 16h15
Tout est sous contrôle : pivots et directions.
Le contrôle des hanches pour dessiner des lignes et des courbes plus nettes dans le mouvement.
WS3 : 16h30 - 18h00
Tournons : étude du “Tour”. Rendre votre giro plus stable, plus structuré, et explorer les possibilités qui l’accompagnent.

WS4 : 13h00 - 14h30
Bouger de l’intérieur vers l’extérieur : La clé pour préparer le mouvement et améliorer la communication dans la danse.
WS5 : 14h45 - 16h15
L’effet “élastique” : Utiliser les élasticités pour créer différents effets dans votre danse.
WS6 : 16h30 - 18h00
Il est temps de s’accrocher : Comprendre le concept du Gancho pour découvrir les différentes façons de le réaliser.
