While we commune, we will sip a handcrafted sleepy-time time tea and hand-sew a simple lavender sachet to take home—something to tuck under your pillow or keep by your bed as a quiet signal to your body that it’s time to rest.
I’ll also demonstrate how to make a sleepy-time tincture and a gentle sleep salve.
You’ll leave with recipes, a sweet lavender sachet and knowledge. Knowledge is power.
