Language isn’t just a tool that helps us express what’s within; it transforms what’s within.
About this Event

Workshop for Parents: The Words That Shape Us
This workshop offers language and strategies that can transform how children perceive themselves and navigate challenges—at home, in the classroom, and beyond. Words aren’t just tools for communicating with others, they’re also tools for regulating and more positively navigating our interior worlds. This truth carries profound implications for the ways in which parents talk to kids, especially as anxiety rates and perfectionist tendencies soar.
Beyond supporting children, this workshop also explores how the words we tuck away and repeat to ourselves as caregivers can help us operate with more self-trust, self-compassion, and joy.
