✨Day 1 – Monday, August 3 (17:30–20:00)��
Focus: Basic technique, flow, transitions, and getting comfortable with the fans
Instructor: Miss Scarlett�
17:30–17:50 – Introduction to fan history�Learn about the history of fan dancing. Get inspired by those who came before us.
17:50–18:10 – Warm-up & mobility�Focus on core, shoulders, arms, wrists, and posture—the key areas in fan dance.
18:10–18:40 – Fan Basics: Become one with your fans�Learn how to place your fans in relation to your beautiful body. Through a simple choreography, we focus on flow and elegance using both new and familiar poses. There’s time here to learn something new or really dive into the details of body lines and how the fans become part of the body—not just a prop.
18:40–19:15 – Fan Tricks Level 1�Learn or refine your basic tricks, such as the palm hat and kaleidoscope, and become confident with the difference between drops, palm hat, and zippers.
19:15–19:30 – Break & mindset
19:30–20:00 – Choreography�We combine 2–3 tricks and poses, working with flow, musicality, and personal expression as an extension of the earlier pose choreography.

Focus: Advanced fan dance tricks, Level 2, and confident performance
Instructor: Headmistress Ann�
17:30–17:50 – Warm-up & power activation�A more dynamic warm-up focusing on strength, control, and endurance in the upper body and arms.
17:50–18:40 – Fan Tricks: Level Up
* Different grips and transitions
* Windmill, zippers, advanced kaleidoscope
* Dynamic transitions
* Working with tempo, pauses, and drama
18:40–19:00 – Trick & Flow�How do you combine fan dance tricks into choreography?�Focus on movement quality, stage presence, and cohesion.
19:00–19:15 – Break & individual coaching
19:15–20:00 – Open Fan Jam & trick repetition�Participants choose which fan dance tricks and combinations they want to refine, with the opportunity for individual feedback.
