The Alliance is hosting the next Recovering Creativity Workshop designed for local creatives. The workshop will be on Saturday, September 21. The workshops provide the tools to help attendees overcome the pressures, insecurities, and barriers that hinder a joyful artistic practice. There are two sessions available; one at 10 a.m. and another at 1 p.m. There is no cost to attend, but do we ask that you register in advance.
In the next workshop, artists and creatives will learn how to connect with their community through creative projects. Join James Adams to discover ways to collaborate with local organizations, businesses, and community members to create art that reflects the community as a whole.
James is an experienced community development specialist and youth services program planner. His career spans various sectors, including academic institutions, faith-based organizations, and the Children’s Defense Fund.
Free onsite child watch is available for the morning session. Please register by September 6 if you will be bringing your children.
