This beautiful workshop is going to be all about YOU and switching off from a day to day life for a few hours. Inviting the winter season in and letting be whilst nourishing your mind and soul. Let's create the safe space of love and laughter through this magical workshop.We will be creating a beautiful safe space through different styles of yoga (hatha, vinyasa, yin and bit of mandala), breathing exercises and meditation and we will also make our own chakra beads bracelets which I absolutely love.
I have invited beautiful Rashmi who has been making jewellery for many years and has done several collections which sold out and has also made jewellery for the Macmillan Nurses charity.
More recently she has been making meditation mala’s using semi-precious stones and chakra bracelets.
In this workshop you will be making a chakra bracelet each to take away with you (included in your ticket). Chakra bracelets can be made of beads, crystals, stones and sandalwood. The important aspect is the 7 colours of the chakra energy wheels or centres within the body. Chakras are believed to be the connections points between physical and spiritual bodies that allow energy to flow freely and uninterrupted throughout your body.
This is a small intimate day for just 11 yogis.
Your Yoga day will include:
9.30am - Welcome hot drinks on arrival, healthy treat, oracle card
10am (90 minutes) - Morning Yoga Nidra Practice and Crystal Bowl Sound Healing Nourishing your body and mind through yoga nidra, pranayama (breathing practices) and crystal bowl sound healing which will travel through your chakras.
11:30am (60 minutes) - Making of your beautiful chakra bracelets with wonderful Rashmi whilst having a herbal tea and snack.
12:45pm Departure where you will feel nourished and reconnected.
This will be a beautiful workshop, where we will become creative, connect with our energy centres and allow to create the peace within.
