Come join us at the Public Art Futures Lab for a hands-on workshop led by Braxton Clark, a creative technologist, DJ, and producer who works at the limits of electronic and club music! In this limited capacity, free workshop, you'll learn how to create your own basic waveform synthesizer using Max/MSP.
This workshop is geared for musicians, sound artists, producers and anyone interested in electronic music - curiosity is necessary, experience is optional! Bring your laptop and excitement for sound design and get ready to dive into the world of waveform synthesizers!

Braxton Clark: Braxton Clark is a creative technologist, DJ, and producer who works at the limits of electronic and club music. His research is primarily concerned with algorithms and their interactions at the biological, social, and aural levels. Working under the online alias Rei Low, he produces everything from metal to acousmatic music. He has written for publications such as Klang Mag and Music Mondays, sharing his thoughts on music culture, publishing interviews, and investigating digital realism.
