Join Working Well and Dr. Michael Ormsbee, Executive Director of FSU's Institute of Sports Sciences & Medicine, to learn how to implement a strategic blueprint for workplace health, performance, and longevity.
The session will conclude with an opportunity for attendees to share what you're doing or have done at your workplace to support employee wellbeing so we can all learn from each other.
Lunch will not be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own lunch to enjoy during the session. Arrive by 11:45 to get settled in before we start the program.

About Michael: He is the Margaret A. Sitton Endowed Professor and Executive Director of the Institute of Sports Sciences & Medicine at Florida State University, where he also serves as Graduate Program Director in Health, Nutrition, and Food Sciences. A Fellow of the National Academy of Kinesiology, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the International Society of Sports Nutrition, his research focuses on how exercise and nutrition work together to optimize body composition, health, and performance. Michael is an award-winning teacher and researcher, co-author of Exercise Physiology for Health, Fitness, and Performance (6th ed.), and instructor of Changing Body Composition Through Diet and Exercise with The Great Courses.
