Ashley's first workshop and concert at Kino 64 U Hradeb!Ashley is a singer-songwriter and has been performing from an early age. Graduating the Jaroslav Jezek Conservatory, her musical style stretches from jazz, hip hop, soul, electronic to R'n'B. She is also an instructor of functional breathing, which is fundamental not just for everyday life, but for proper vocal health and performance as well.
The workshop starts at 16:00.

Information on the workshop:
The workshop is held in a closed studio space (Studio X at 64 U Hradeb) and will last 90 minutes. Capacity is limited to 20 people.
During the first 45 minutes you will learn:
1. How to tap into your interoception, boost concentration and enter a flow state that you can apply to use for various skill sets
2. Fundamental techniques for functional breathing (by Oxygen Advantage®)
3. Principles and elements of breathing (by Ashley Abrman)
The second half of the workshop will focus on:
1. Implementing functional breathing with speaking and singing
2. Practical everyday vocal exercises - warm up’s for non-singers as well!
3. What goes into the mastery of singing, performing and speaking publicly
It’s best that you have comfortable clothing on / clothing that is not tight around the waist and chest. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start as we will meet in the coffee shop and then collectively move to the studio.
