About this Event
In this 6 week WORKPLACE REWIRE PROGRAMME (6 x Monday morning sessions 8:30 - 9:30am) starting Monday 14th October, you will learn new skills and strategies that will significantly improve your performance, productivity and wellbeing!
DURING THE PROGRAMME WE WILL -
- Review your current work behaviours and habits
- Define professional burnout
- Investigate your personal 'flow' of cognitive energy (when you work best)
- Identify your procrastination triggers and develop strategies for reducing this
- Learn how to prioritise your tasks and projects
- Understand the value in working with purpose
- Create strategies to not say "yes" to everything
- Develop strategies to control your 'inbox'
- Understand the value of 'admin tax' and how to pay less
This Programme is supported by a workbook which provides information, areas for notes and helps to link the information together to allow for real life implementation.
