Our Menopause at Work training program is designed to build meaningful awareness around menopause, its impact in the workplace, and the wider effect it can have on individuals and organizational performance.
Through this 8-hour program, we empower organizations to foster an open, supportive, and psychologically safe culture where conversations around menopause are normalized and stigma is actively reduced. Our approach helps protect careers, retain valuable talent, and strengthen workplace wellbeing.
This training is not exclusively for women. It is intentionally designed for leaders, managers, HR professionals, and employees of all genders — because creating an inclusive workplace is a shared responsibility. By educating everyone, we enable teams to respond with empathy, understanding, and practical support, ensuring menopause is addressed with respect, awareness, and confidence.
Course Content:
Menopause is a natural biological process that many women experience in different ways. Although it is a normal part of aging, it can be particularly challenging in the workplace.
Symptoms can significantly affect a woman’s quality of life and job performance, especially when reasonable adjustments are not considered. Many women may also feel uncomfortable discussing their symptoms, which can lead to isolation and stigma.
This course explores the physical and emotional changes associated with menopause and how these changes can impact their work performance. It provides practical strategies for managing symptoms and outlines supportive workplace accommodations.
By the end of this course, you will have a better understanding of menopause, its impact on the workplace, and practical tools to support both women going through this transition and other people in the workplace
