The Workplace Health and Wellbeing Fair is back for its third year, brought to you by the Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership. The event is also supported by Kirklees Council, University of Huddersfield and Huddersfield Giants.
It will be held on Wednesday 26th March at the John Smith’s Stadium in Huddersfield from 9:00am-13:00pm and we would love for you to join us.
On the day, exhibitors will be on hand to provide support for you and your workforce focusing on health and wellbeing. You will also get the opportunity to hear from expert speakers around creative health, employee wellbeing and tips to improve wellbeing, as well as take part in interactive workshops.

Dr Nicola Stenberg & Helen Curtis - The University of Huddersfield & Coterie - Leading with Compassion: Blueprints for success
Nic is School Director for Executive Education at the University of Huddersfield and a Chartered Psychologist. With over 20 years in consultancy, her research spans chronic condition management, wellbeing, resilience, and creative health. She’s advancing creative health initiatives across West Yorkshire, including a new Creative Health Hub project.
Helen is an accomplished partner marketing specialist, SME business owner, and community builder. After a successful career in the IT industry, she founded Coterie Marketing, a globally recognised agency, and the Coterie Community, a not-for-profit dedicated to advancing partner marketing initiatives. Helen is a TAP-certified facilitator and a qualified trainer with the Centre for Compassionate Leadership (US). She delivers marketing modules for the'Help to Grow' programme, integrating her extensive business experience with compassionate leadership and marketing training
Ali Khan - SHAPE - Why the business world needs professional flourishing
Ali helps organizations flourish by unlocking the potential of their most valuable asset—their people. At SHAPE, he drives high performance through a thriving mindset for businesses and employees. With over 25 years of global consulting experience in health diagnostics, data, and tech, Ali has held leadership roles in innovation at AXA Wellbeing and contributed to academic initiatives, including Harvard's Human Flourishing Program. A product engineer at heart, he designs solutions to complex challenges, fosters high-performing teams across cultures, and advises corporates and start-ups on advanced health innovation. Ali’s keynotes educate and inspire, focusing on the transformative power of flourishing at work.
Michael Crinnion - Mind Body Goals - The Power of Breaks and Breathwork for Wellness and Performance
Michael is a design engineer that discovered the power of breathwork and now works to share his approach with the world. For his company Mind Body Goals, that means 'Wellness by Design’ - crafting beautifully designed products that help you bring proven wellness techniques into your life and support you with forming healthy habits.
Once again, we are collaborating with the University of Huddersfield's Health and Wellbeing Academy that provides adult health checks. The team will be available from 9am till 11am, so take advantage of the following free checks:

· Oxygen saturation
· Respiratory rate

The Huddersfield Health Innovation Partnership is a collaboration between the University of Huddersfield, 3M Buckley Innovation Centre, Business Kirklees, the NHS and other local and regional health and wellbeing partners.
This project is part-funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund which is being delivered by the University of Huddersfield in partnership with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority who are acting as Lead Authority for the Funds.
