About this Event
How You Will Benefit

A skillful investigator is crucial when employees claim they have been discriminated against based on their protected status under EEO-enforced laws. It is important that employer representatives can quickly uncover the relevant facts of what happened and skillfully draft a reliable report summary to determine a resolution.

Experienced EEO professionals deliver this course with an understanding of adult learning for increased interaction and comprehension. Content is designed for newly appointed employee complaint investigators seeking new skills and those wanting to update their knowledge and gain new tips and tools.
