Join our FREE, fully funded interactive training session, supported by Middlesbrough Council.

This session will give you:

A clear overview of migration from both global and UK perspectives.
Insight into the lived experience of a local refugee and their journey into employment.
A practical employer-focused discussion on the recruitment barriers faced by people from migrant backgrounds.
Guidance on how to build confidence in employing refugees and other migrants, including good practice for retention and supporting staff once in work.
