About this Event

Are you constantly the one employees come to with both personal and professional challenges—yet find yourself feeling the weight of those conversations, unsure how to respond, how much support to offer, or how to navigate the moment without saying the wrong thing?

This interactive workshop is designed specifically for professionals in support and leadership positions. You’ll gain practical, real-world tools to confidently navigate conversations around stress, burnout, and mental health in the workplace.

In this workshop, you will learn how to:

  • Respond effectively to overwhelmed or struggling employees
  • Stay supportive while maintaining appropriate boundaries
  • Balance empathy with action in real-time conversations
  • De-escalate emotional or high-stress situations with confidence

Through discussion, real-life scenarios, and skill-building exercises, you’ll leave feeling more prepared, confident, and equipped to support others—while also protecting your own capacity in the process.
