Aston University Business Breakfast: Preventing and Dealing with Workplace

Workplace aggression can take many forms—bullying, harassment, incivility, exclusion—and its impact on people and organisations is profound. High-profile cases across sectors remind us that no workplace is immune.

At Aston University, we have been working with partners across the UK and Europe to map current legislation and soft policy on workplace aggression. Drawing on this research, we have developed a prevention framework and a practical toolkit and diagnostic tool to help organisations recognise and prevent incidents of aggression at work.
