"Inspire, Empower, and Transform" with - Sunday, November 9th. Registration begins at 10:00am at the Promenade North Roundabout Lawn.
Your 45-Minute Workout begins at 10:30am and Includes:
DYNAMIC WARM-UP
This is a combination of dynamic warm-up exercises to make your workout safer and more effective.
WORKOUT
Your Trainer will move around the class during Camp providing our signature personal-training-in-a-group-setting.
FINISHER
Finishers last less than five minutes and are often the most challenging part of the workout.
Following your Free Boot Camp, explore the Promenade for lunch, shopping, services, and experiences.
