Working the Conscious Discipline Program: Intro to School Family
Join us in person for a fun and interactive intro to the Conscious Discipline Program! This training introduces the School Family model, emphasizing how to transform classrooms into supportive communities using Consious Discipline principles. Participants will learn strategies to foster connection, belonging, and cooperative learning. Topic: adult capacity for self-regulation, resilience, and leadership that is creating a safe, connected "School Family". Don’t miss out on learning practical tools to bring calm and focus into your daily routine!
Serving South Central and Southeastern Minnesota-You must reside or work in one of our counties to attend this training.
Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation serves south central and southeastern Minnesota which includes 20 counties, 175 communities and one Native nation. This includes the counties of Blue Earth, Brown, Dodge, Faribault, Fillmore, Freeborn, Houston, Goodhue, Martin, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Mower, Rice, Olmsted, Steele, Sibley, Waseca, Wabasha, Winona and Watonwan, as well as the Prairie Island Indian Community.
