About this Event
Strong emotions such as anger, fear, grief, guilt, and anxiety are part of the human experience. In the Buddhist path, they are not obstacles to be pushed away, but powerful gateways for insight, compassion, and awakening when met with wisdom. In this teaching, Khenpo Sangye will share practical guidance drawn from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition on how to recognize, relate to, and transform difficult emotions and transforming adversity into the path of wisdom.
These teachings are open to practitioners of all levels, whether you are new to meditation or the study of Buddhism or have been practicing for many years. The emphasis will be on kindness toward oneself, clarity of mind, and cultivating a stable, compassionate heart in the midst of life’s challenges.
We warmly invite you to join us for this precious opportunity to learn from an authentic lineage teacher and to practice together. With wishes for the benefit of all beings!
“When emotions arise, do not see them as enemies. See them as teachers.”
