About this Event
This event will be explore the meaning of dreams and their function within our psyche that allows us both to tolerate and deny aspects of ourselves that we hide in our dreams. The workshop will define denial within a ‘holistic’ concept as a ‘healthy’ resistance to facing struggles in a person’s life.
Alan applies understanding to dreams from a ‘here and now’ focus providing the dreamer with an opportunity to gain insight into themselves through experiencing their dreams within an engaging and profound process of self-discovery. The workshop will contain ‘live’ dream work with opportunities to work with Alan on your dreams.
The event is open to all who want to develop skills in helping people interpret their dreams therapeutically and those interested in understanding meaning in their own dreams.
