Join Our Purpose Project, Inc. for a hands-on Workforce Reset Workshop focused on careers in the banking and finance industry, in collaboration with Wells Fargo.
This session is designed for job seekers who are ready to enter or transition into the workforce and are interested in exploring opportunities within financial services.
Participants will gain insight into:
- Career opportunities in banking and finance
- What employers look for in candidates
- Resume and interview preparation
- Professional expectations in the workplace
- Pathways for growth within the industry
Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear directly from a recruiter, ask questions, and learn about current job openings. The hosting branch is actively hiring.

- Resume and job readiness support
- Employer insights and recruiter tips
- Free LYNX bus passes available
- Assistance connecting parents with childcare resources
- A bag of groceries for participants
