About this Event
Overview Details -
You are not just a Realtor. You are a marketer, negotiator, researcher, communicator, and administrator, all at once, all solo. 87% of Realtors are independent contractors with no support staff. The ones pulling ahead right now are not working harder. They built a better system.
This is not a class about prompting. This is not a tips-and-tricks seminar. This is a 2-hour hands-on session where you build your own AI agent, configured to your voice, your market, and your clients, using Claude, the AI assistant built by Anthropic.
You leave with a working tool, not a list of things to try later.
What Makes This Different
Most AI workshops teach you how to use AI. You leave with knowledge.
This workshop builds you an agent. You leave with a tool.
By the end of this session, you will have a fully configured Claude Project: your personal AI agent. It already knows who you are before you type a single word. It knows your brand voice, your market specialty, your client communication style, and your brokerage context. Every task you run through it from that point forward starts from that foundation.
That is what separates this from a YouTube tutorial or a generic AI seminar. This is your agent, built by you, in this room.
What This Agent Is Actually Solving
Think about the last time you did any of these:
- Spent nearly an hour writing a listing description that could have taken only a few minutes
- Got a new lead and meant to follow up, and then did not respond fast enough
- Walked into a negotiation without a clear strategy or prepared talking points
- Fell behind on your database touchpoints for the third month in a row
- Rewrote a price-reduction email to a seller four times before hitting send
These are not motivation problems. They are leverage problems. You are one person running a full-service business, and the math does not work without a system behind you.
Your AI agent is that system. In this session, we build it together.
What You Will Build and Leave With
During the session, live, you will:
- Write your agent's context file: the document that tells Claude exactly who you are, how you communicate, what your market looks like, and how to handle your clients
- Set your Claude Project rules: the standing instructions that shape every response your agent gives you, permanently
- Upload your knowledge files: past listings, your bio, and writing samples that train your agent on your voice
- Work through 5 core real estate workflows live, customized to your actual listings and clients
You will also leave with:
- Access to the XSL AI Prompt Library: 10 prompts written specifically for real estate professionals, including 5 built live in the room and 5 in your digital resource portal
- A digital workbook covering every step so you can rebuild and expand the system independently
- One drink ticket to the post-workshop happy hour
- A login to the XSL AI Academy resource portal where your prompt library and workshop materials live
"I did not expect to leave with something that actually worked."
"I have sat through AI presentations before and always left with a list of tools I never used. This was different. I left with a Claude Project already set up and used it that same afternoon on a real listing. The description came out better than anything I would have written myself, and it sounded exactly like me."

Who This Is For
Active Realtors in Southern California who want to work smarter, respond faster, and spend their time on the parts of the business that actually need them. Whether you have been thinking about AI for months or you simply want a more efficient way to handle client communications, listing content, and follow-up, this session is built around your daily reality.
No technical background required. If you can send an email, you can do this.
Bring a current listing or a recent client scenario you want to work on live. That is your raw material for the session.
Team leads and brokers: if you want to understand what AI can do before rolling it out across your agents, this session gives you exactly that foundation. Contact us about group rates for 2 or more agents from the same brokerage.
The Format
This is a working session, not a lecture. Have your laptop open and your Claude account active from minute one.
3:00 - 3:10
Welcome and framing: the full cost of running a real estate business solo, and the case for building an agent rather than just using a tool
3:10 - 3:25
Claude orientation: what makes Claude different, how Projects creates a persistent AI agent, and account setup check
3:25 - 3:50
Build your agent's foundation: write your context file and set your Claude Project rules, covering your voice, your market, your communication style, and your client approach
3:50 - 4:30
Live prompt lab: work through 5 core real estate workflows together. Each prompt is demonstrated, then you customize it using your actual listing or client scenario
4:30 - 4:50
Configure your Project: upload your knowledge files, run a full real-world scenario through your agent, and verify that it sounds like you
4:50 - 5:00
The Daily Habit: the three things to open Claude for before every listing appointment, every new lead, and every active transaction
5:00 onward
Happy hour. One drink ticket included. The conversation after class is part of the value.
One topic we cover that most AI workshops skip: Fair Housing compliance considerations when using AI in your real estate marketing, and how to audit any output before it goes to market.
What Is a Context File and Why It Matters
Most people who try AI tools get generic results because they start every conversation with a blank slate. Claude has no idea who you are, what your market looks like, or how you communicate with clients. The output sounds like AI because it is built on nothing.
A context file fixes that. It is a plain-text document you write once, upload to your Claude Project, and never have to explain again. From that point on, every prompt you run through your agent starts from a complete picture of who you are and how you work.
What Goes in Your Context File
Your context file covers six areas:
- Your identity: name, brokerage, license number, markets served, years of experience
- Your voice: how you communicate, what tone you use, what you avoid, what makes your writing sound like you
- Your client profile: who your typical buyers and sellers are, price range, what they care about
- Your market: geographic focus, neighborhood knowledge, current market conditions you want Claude to reference
- Your compliance rules: Fair Housing reminders, default disclaimers, anything Claude should never include in your marketing
- Your defaults: how you want Claude to handle listing descriptions, client emails, social content, and follow-up by default
What Are Claude Project Rules
Claude Projects has two places where you shape your agent's behavior. Understanding both is what separates a configured agent from a generic chatbot.
Project Instructions
The standing rules Claude follows in every conversation inside this Project. Set it once. Think of it as the job description you give your assistant. This is where your tone, compliance rules, and defaults live.
Knowledge Files
Documents you upload so Claude can reference them. Your context file goes here. So do past listing descriptions, your bio, market reports, and any writing samples you want Claude to learn from.
Conversation
The specific task you give Claude in that session. Because your instructions and knowledge files are already loaded, you only need to describe the job at hand, not yourself.
Your Context File Template
During the session you will fill in this template live. A digital version is included in your resource portal after the workshop.
