About this Event

Learn how to cut through information overwhelm and effectively utilise digital marketing to build and maintain healthy client relationships.

Attendees will learn the key characteristics of each digital channel, how and where they can be effectively applied, and where they may be superfluous to their needs. Practical activities will help attendees to visualise and embed the knowledge gained and learn how to use the digital marketing tools in their own business environment.

About Our Speaker: Mel Mack

Over a 30+ year career across publishing/media, advertising agencies, and brands, I've worked for many household names including Tesco, Camelot, Wickes, Bella Italia, MediaCom, Computing newspaper and Microsoft, and this wide range of sectors helps me to adapt to every size or type of digital challenge. Specialising in digital since 1999, I have managed teams of 38 people; planned digital budgets up to £20M PA; and built and run the strategy, operations, supplier relationships, and KPI-performance tracking across paid search and social, SEO, website conversion optimisation, email and CRM, and multi-platform content planning.
