FRCC is working with Avoch & Killen Community Council and Regenerate Our Green Space on the railway path between Fortrose & Avoch again, this time over 2 days.The work party will be starting at the Avoch end this time, as there are some muddy areas to be dealt with there. On the day, walk along until you find us – we'll be starting on the Avoch side of the Culloden poem stone.
We will be clearing mud off the surface, clearing out drains and cutting back vegetation. Please bring hand tools only – spades, shovels, rakes, hoes, loppers, secateurs, etc. Wheelbarrows would also be useful and you will probably be glad if you wear gloves!
This event is happening on BOTH days of the weekend: Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September.
