Come see some of the city's finest artists test out material from shows that they are currently working on, at this work-in-progress open mic!
Doors at 6pm and sign ups kick off before our 45 minute mic begins at 6:45pm. Performers get up to five minutes to test out new jokes, read their latest draft, or sing out that newest bridge.
Hosted by Rogue Schmidt, stay after the open mic to catch them testing out 30 minutes of material for their sophomore solo show, Going Rogue: A Fat Dyke Comedy Special !
$5 cover at the door from 6-8pm. Anyone is welcome, not just performers!
RSVPs do not guarentee entry but serve as calendar reminders for our guests and anticipated volume of attendees for our staff. RSVPs are not required for entry.

ABOUT YOUR HOST
Rogue Schmidt (they/she) is a queer comedian and actor repped by Grossman and Jack Talent and winner of Chicago Reader’s Best Comedian. Her solo show, “The Locker Room'' sold out its run in Chicago, and continued at Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2024. Rogue is a frequent contributor to The Paper Machete at The Green Mill, The Lesbian Lodge, Brutal Sketch Comedy at The Lincoln Lodge and is the lead of Melanie Field's short film, Best In The World.
