About this Event
Work Integrated Learning + Critical Practice Studios Showcase
The Master of Architecture Program at the School of Architecture Planning and Landscape (SAPL) invites you to attend a presentation of this year’s Work Integrated Learning/Critical Practice Studios.
Over the last three years, the studios have served as a vehicle for design firms, community groups, research units and not-for-profit entities to engage students in expert-led research and development projects.
Following three years of development, we’re ready to open the program to a wider range of proposals.
For this reason, we invite you to explore the work of the most recent research projects undertaken by students working directly with architecture firms, research units and foundations that explore a wide range of architectural research topics – from affordable and transitional housing, subject area library design to computational tools for urban analysis and public infrastructure.
This is an opportunity to discover the program and learn the work process of practitioners, faculty and community members who participated as well as to see the work produced in collaboration with our architecture students.
*Please register so we can give your name to the security desk.
**If you are unable to attend but would like to learn about the program, please feel free to reach out via email to [email protected]
