5 short films celebrating letterpress print featuring local and nationally based printers.
Stroud Wayzgoose Letterpress Print Fair and the Centre for Print Research (CFPR) - UWE Bristol open a window on their shared passion for letterpress printing. Presenting a series of short films that capture the process of making a collaborative print, bringing poems to life through craft. We see dialogues between poets (who also draw) and letterpress artists (who also write), recording an endangered indigenous language through the production of artists' books, and utilising the printing press to amplify local voices and words worthy of spreading through communities.
