Jorei Jazz & Co has joined forces with Buzz Builder to produce this exciting Spoken Word event.
The East Village Poetry Slam is a spoken word event with live music to accentuate the narrative and enhance the overall experience. We open with a few guest poets, then we open the room up for Open Mic.
The event is FREE to attend, but $10 for poets who participate in the Open Mic.
Wednesday night POETRY at Sugar Mouse in the East Village is a Must See! It’s an awesome event for a midweek hangout in a beautiful setting.
SUGAR MOUSE: is an underground Billiard & Game Hall curated with an exquisite display of immersive digital Art from local artists and it’s gorgeous.

Poets are expcted to sign up to perform their material or the work of established poets at 7:30pm. List will be called on a 1st-come-1st serve basis.
