Jorei Jazz & Co has joined forces with Buzz Builder to produce this exciting Spoken Word event.
The East Village Poetry Slam is a spoken word event with live music to accentuate the narrative and enhance the overall experience. We open with a few guest poets, then we open the room up for Open Mic.
The event is FREE to attend, with a 1 drink minimum. There's a Sign-Up fee $10 for poets who participate in the Open Mic. CASH ONLY for Sign-up
Wednesday night POETRY at Sugar Mouse in the East Village is a Must See! It’s an awesome cultural vibe, ideal for a midweek hangout in a beautiful setting.
SUGAR MOUSE: is an underground Billiard & Game Hall curated with an exquisite display of immersive digital Art from local artists and it’s gorgeous.

SIGN UP:Poets are expcted to sign up to perform their material or the work of established poets at 7:30pm. List will be called on a 1st-come-1st serve basis.
