Malvern New Mums Wellbeing Group

This Mum and Baby Wellbeing Group is a warm and welcoming space for mums and their babies up to one year old. It’s a chance to connect with other mums and talk openly about the joys and challenges of early motherhood.

We’ll gently explore topics such as identity, relationships, and birth experiences, while leaving space for whatever else feels important to share. The group is a supportive place where mums can be honest about how they’re feeling, feel listened to, and realise they’re not alone in this new chapter of life.

This group is upstairs in the Community Room at Kyndfolk, with lift access. Settle in, have a chat, and enjoy a relaxed space with other mums and their little ones.

Please note that this ticket registers you for this group every Wednesday for 12 weeks - up to the Summer Holidays. If you cannot attend at least 9 out of the 12 weeks we will open your place to the waiting list.
