About this Event

Elian Zach returns to Miami to share a contemplative voyage on the power of devotion at the Frog House, a magical private venue in Magic City.

We shake out of our cycles of disappointment and half-heartedness, and move into full commitment to the present moment, by exploring both depth and lightness. When we turn inward and slow down, we find the capacity to yield to our desire and honor it, without the exhausting expectation to fulfil it. Thus, we tune into what is right for us, by trusting the mystery ride we’re all on, and allowing the pure energy of desire to fuel the ride. Relationships blossom through commitment and devotion, which is true to both relationships with others and to our relationship with ourselves. We will contemplate love, partnership, our inner alliance, and the roles self-acceptance and self-love play in our story. This experience is created for both couples and individuals.

WOOM Breath Journey is a powerful self-inquiry voyage into heart-consciousness and the magical nature of reality. Breathwork is the original endogenous psychedelic. It induces cellular memory and invites unconscious content into conscious awareness, which makes this practice an opportunity to meet unmetabolized emotional, mental and physical charge, and to begin a process of honest energetic release and healing.

The breath is the portal between the physical and the metaphysical, it mediates contact between body and spirit. It is a tool to explore non-ordinary states of consciousness and access unprocessed trauma that can run the show from the shadows. Inspired by the work of legendary psychiatrist and psychedelic researcher, Dr. Stanislav Grof’s Holotropic Breathwork Technique, as well as other yogic practices, and physical and mystical teachings, the breathing patterns explored in this session are designed to move us closer to the threshold of the great mystery and are a way to play with reality’s infinite possibilities.

The session will include:

  • An informative talk on what you should expect, the practice, the science, the benefits, and shared tips and techniques on how to maintain presence and make the most of the experience.
  • A guided contemplation
  • 3 breathing patterns
  • A badass playlist
  • Relaxation + live sound/music
  • Journaling portions
  • Aromatherapy
  • Sharing circle
