July 4th Spectacular 2026 - Woodstock Celebrates America 250 Join us in Downtown Woodstock for one of our community’s most beloved traditions. Our all‑day Independence Day celebration is filled with family fun, live entertainment, patriotic spirit, and the biggest fireworks display of the year. As part of the America 250 initiative, this year’s event honors our nation’s heritage while celebrating Woodstock’s vibrant and growing community.
Freedom Run – 7:00 AM
Kick off the day with the 29th Annual Freedom Run, featuring a 5K, 10K, 1‑Mile Run, and Tot Trot. A perfect start for runners, families, and spectators alike.
Parade – 10:00 AM
The annual July 4th Parade begins at Woodstock Elementary School, travels down Rope Mill Road, heads south on Main Street, and concludes at Sam’s Club near Highway 92. Come early to grab your viewing spot and enjoy the patriotic displays and community spirit.

Festival at The Park at City Center – 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Head to The Park at City Center (Arnold Mill Rd & Towne Lake Pkwy) for an afternoon packed with activities for all ages. Enjoy:
• A huge foam party (bring your towel!)
• Hands‑on bubble making
• Carnival games and mini golf
• Food vendors, arts & crafts, kids’ activities, and live music
This family‑friendly festival is a highlight for residents and visitors alike.
Fireworks – Dusk
Wrap up the celebration with a spectacular fireworks show launched behind the Lowe’s Shopping Center (Hwy 92 near I‑575).
America 250: Honoring Our Nation’s Journey
As part of our Woodstock Celebrates America 250 campaign, this year’s July 4th Spectacular emphasizes reflection, unity, and appreciation for the generations who helped shape our country. Visitors will see special red‑white‑and‑blue theming and commemorative elements woven throughout the day’s events.
