2026 WoodmenLife Senior Trip — Asheville, North Carolina
Ages 55 and Older | 4 Days / 3 Nights
Join us for the 2026 WoodmenLife WV/OH Senior Trip to Asheville, North Carolina, home of the historic Biltmore Estate. This four-day, three-night experience offers scenic views, guided tours, and time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Pricing:
• $450 per WoodmenLife member (based on double occupancy)
• $599 per nonmember guest (based on double occupancy)
• Single occupancy upgrade: Add $160

Trip includes:
• Motorcoach transportation

Transportation and pickup locations:
*The first WEST VIRGINIA pickup location will be in Morgantown, WV (Walmart Supercenter, 75 Retail Circle) with an 8 a.m. departure time. Additional charter bus pickup locations will be added based on participant registrations.
*The OHIO bus pickup location will be in Grove City, OH (Walmart Supercenter, 1693 Stringtown Road) with an 8 a.m. departure time.
Daily itinerary:
Day 1:
Depart your group’s location aboard a spacious motorcoach equipped with video and restroom amenities as you travel to Asheville, North Carolina. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner and check into your hotel for a three-night stay.
Day 2:
Enjoy a continental breakfast before visiting the Biltmore Estate, America’s largest privately owned home. Your visit includes access to the Biltmore House and Gardens, as well as Antler Village and Winery, which offers opportunities for dining, shopping, and exploring historical exhibits. Later, enjoy dinner with entertainment before returning to the hotel.
Day 3:
Begin the day with a continental breakfast, followed by a guided tour of Asheville. The city is known for its extensive Art Deco architecture, second only to Miami Beach among southern cities. Highlights include St. Lawrence Basilica.
In the afternoon, travel along the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway, America’s most visited National Park unit, often referred to as “America’s favorite drive.” Stops include the Blue Ridge Parkway Visitor Center, where you will view a high-definition film showcasing the parkway, and the Folk Art Center. Enjoy dinner before returning to the hotel for the evening.
Day 4:
After breakfast, depart for home. Reflect on the trip’s highlights and experiences as you travel back with your group.
