Woodland Workdays at Adel Wood

Come join the Woodland Workday team – a Ranger‑led volunteer group meeting regularly over the summer, focused on practical conservation in the woods! Join us to get hands‑on with woodland care, connect with nature, and meet like‑minded people while helping keep our woodlands beautiful.

This session’s task will be tubing, fencing removal and balsam bashing. Car parking is available by the cricket ground off Crag Lane at what3words///trees.gosh.edit. Meet point is at the Buck Stone Road entrance what3words///cooks.grape.other.

Please wear sturdy footwear, weather‑appropriate clothing you don’t mind getting muddy, and bring snacks.
