Treat yourself to a wellbeing weekend, with the perfect blend of activities for body and mind, set within peaceful Epping Forest and The Hive grounds. Curl up in your private ‘eco-pod’, enjoy full catering and facilities in our stunning Lodge and take part in expert-led workshops, with the healing benefits of nature:

· Sound bath (by ‘Flow and Roam’)

· Gentle yoga and stretches

· Nature-based mindfulness practices

· Creative self-reflection

· Guided nature walk

· Campfire evening

Whether you are just dipping your toes into self-care or already make it part of your core routine, these workshops will inspire you with take-away ideas and help you reconnect with what serves you best.

Your ticket value includes:

· A private eco-pod (with mattress)

· Access to showers, toilets and communal dining space in our Lodge

· Breakfast, lunch and evening meal on Saturday, and breakfast on Sunday*

· 9+ hours of expert-led activities (participation is optional if you prefer to relax in a hammock)
