Led by Greta, each session offers a gentle, welcoming space to explore the natural environment, slow down, and engage your senses. These walks combine light movement, nature connection, and simple mindfulness activities designed to help you relax, reset, and restore both mind and body.

From there, the group will head out together into Kersal Dales for a guided walk.
